These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and UUS77 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://us77.asia (the "Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree unconditionally to be bound by them.

These Terms apply to all forms of use of the US77 platform, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino gaming, slot machine play, fishing games, crash games, lottery and all other gaming products made available through our website and mobile applications. These Terms are supplemented by any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on the Platform, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the personal member account created by a Player upon successful registration on the US77 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds (real money and bonus funds where applicable) held within Player's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free bets, cashback credits, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's Account pursuant promotion.
• "Platform" means the UUS77 website accessible at https://uus77.asia, including all subdomains, mobile applications, and any associated services.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited by a Player into their Account using supported Malaysian payment method, denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total wager amount a Player must place before Bonus Funds or winings derived from Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required before certain account actions, including large withdrawals, can be processed.
• "Prohibited Conduct" means any action or behaviour by a Player that is expressly forbidden under Section 9 of these Terms.
• "MYR" / "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the lawful currency of Malaysia in which all transactions on the Platform are denominated.

To register and use the US77 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

• You must be a natural person aged21 years or older. US77 applies a strict21+ minimum age requirement for all gaming activities on the Platform, consistent with responsible gambling best practices.
• You must be the registered owner of the payment method used to deposit funds into your Account. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• You must not be a current or former employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of US77 or any of its associated companies.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with local laws and regulations applicable to your place of residence.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process. US77 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify the information provided at any time.
• Each individual may hold only one (1) active Account. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

To create an Account, you must complete the US77 registration process by providing, at minimum, your full name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. By submitting your registration, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete.

UUS77 is committed to maintaining a secure and compliant gaming environment. As part of our KYC obligations, we may require you to submit identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (Malaysian MyKad, passport, or equivalent).
• Proof of address dated within the last three (3) months (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a bank statement showing your name and account number).
• Any additional documentation that US77 dems necessary to satisfy its anti-money laundering (AML) obligations or to investigate any account activity.

Until your Account is fully verified, US77 may impose limits on the maximum balance you may hold, the total amount you may wager, and the total amount you may withdraw. Accounts that fail to complete the KYC process within a reasonable period following a formal request may be suspended at our discretion.

All deposits to your US77 Account must be made using a supported Malaysian payment method and must be denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The Platform currently accepts deposits via the following channels:

• Online Banking: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect
• E-Walets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay
• Instant Transfer: DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange)

The minimum deposit amount is RM30 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. UUS77 reserves the right to modify deposit limits at any time, with or without prior notice.

Deposits via e-wallet and DuitNow are typically processed instantly. Deposits via FPX may take up to 15 minutes to be credited. If a deposit is not credited within the stated processing window, please contact our customer support team before attempting second transaction.

You may only deposit funds sourced from payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including shared bank accounts where the primary account holder is a different individual — are not permitted. US77 reserves the right to return any funds that appear to originate from a payment method that cannot be verified as belonging to the Account holder.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit on the Account, subject to verification and the withdrawal conditions set out in this section. US77 aims to process all withdrawal requests within an average of five (5) minutes, though this may vary depending on KYC verification status and the selected withdrawal channel.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction.
• Prior to requesting a withdrawal, you must have completed all applicable KYC verification steps.
• Any active Bonus Funds or associated wagering requirements must be resolved before a withdrawal of Real Money Funds is processed, to the extent that such Bonus Funds are linked to the balance requested for withdrawal.
• US77 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks prior to approving any withdrawal request, which may result in temporary delays of up to 72 hours.

Standard withdrawal limits are displayed in the Platform's payment section. VIP members at Gold tier and above may be eligible for enhanced withdrawal limits as part of their VIP programme benefits. UUS77 reserves the right to apply transaction limits to any Account at its sole discretion.

UUS77 offers a range of promotional bonuses, cashback programmes, and VIP loyalty rewards to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions applicable to each promotion, which are published on the Platform alongside the relevant offer. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.

• Bonus offers are available to eligible registered Players only. The Company reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Bonuses must be used within the stated validity period. Expired bonuses will be automatically removed from your Account Balance without compensation.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any winings derived from Bonus Funds can be withdrawn as Real Money Funds. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is specified for each individual promotion.
• US77 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time, including in cases where the Company has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has exploited, misused, or abused a promotion.
• Participation in any promotion constitutes acceptance of the specific terms of that promotion.
• Bonuses from multiple promotions may not be combinable unless explicitly stated in the individual promotion terms.

All betting and gaming activities on the US77 Platform are subject to the specific rules of each product category (sports betting, live casino, slots, etc.) as published on the Platform. The following general principles apply across all product categories:

• All bets and wagers are final once confirmed. UUS77 will not accept requests to cancel or reverse a confirmed bet except in cases of a manifest technical error on the part of the Platform.
• US77 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were manifestly incorrect due to a technical error, data feed error, or human error. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the Player's Account.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any bet or game, the records maintained by UUS77's server logs shall be considered authoritative and definitive in the absence of evidence a system malfunction.
• US77 reserves the right to set minimum and maximum bet or wager limits for any product, market, or event at its sole discretion, and to modify these limits at any time.
• Live in-play betting on sports events is subject to additional rules specific to each sport, which are published in the Platform's sportsbook rules section.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the UUS77 Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in any of the following activities will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances (including real money and bonus funds), and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Multi-accounting: Registering, using, or controlling more than one Account on the Platform, whether in your own name or through the use of third-party identities.
• Fraudulent Deposits: Using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or unauthorised payment methods to fund your Account.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in poker or any game involving multiple players.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting bonus terms through systematic arbitrage, matched betting between accounts, or any strategy designed to circumvent wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent.
• Use of Automated Systems: Employing bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to interact with the Platform or to place bets on your behalf.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a fraudulent chargeback with your payment provider in respect of a transaction that was legitimately processed by UUS77.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform in furtherance of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Minors: Allowing or facilitating access to the Platform by any person under the age of 21.

All content, software, design elements, graphics, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property displayed on or incorporated into the US77 Platform are the exclusive property of UUS77 or its licensors, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, adapted, transmitted, or otherwise exploited without the prior written consent of US77.

By accessing the Platform, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial enjoyment in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to sublicense, sell, resell, or otherwise commercialise the Platform or any of its content.

UUS77 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling practices across all aspects of our Platform. We acknowledge that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and we take our obligations in this regard seriously. The following tools and policies form part of our responsible gambling framework:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account. Once set, these limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Loss Limits: Players may set limits on the total amount they are permitted to lose within a specified period. Loss limits operate on the same basis as deposit limits.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure automatic reminders to notify them of duration of their gaming session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players who wish to take a short break from gambling may request a temporary account suspension of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who believe they have a gambling problem may request permanent self-exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and remain in effect for a minimum period of 12 months.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, UUS77 shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
• Any interruption or cessation of access to the Platform due to planned or unplanned maintenance, technical failures, or factors outside our reasonable control (including but not limited to acts of God, telecommunications failure, or third-party service outages).
• Any unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.
• Delays in the processing of deposits or withdrawals by third-party payment service providers, including but not limited to Maybank, CIMB, FPX, or Touch 'n Go eWallet.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. UUS77 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for any particular purpose, uninterupted availability, or freedom from error. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total Real Money Funds deposited by you during the 30-day period immediately preceding the relevant event giving rise to the claim.

UUS77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• The Account holder has engaged in any form of Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 9 of these Terms.
• The Account holder has failed to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable period following a formal request.
• US77 has reasonable grounds to suspect money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime in connection with the Account.
• The Account holder is found to be under the age of 21.
• Continuing to operate the Account would expose US77 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon voluntary closure, any verified Real Money Funds remaining in the Account will be returned to the originating payment method within seven (7) business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

US77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time and at our sole discretion. When material changes are made, we will notify registered Players by posting an updated version of the Terms on the Platform, together with a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Where a change is particularly significant, we may also choose to notify Players via email or through an in-Platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must stop using the Platform immediately and contact our support team to arrange the closure of your Account and the return of any verified Real Money Funds.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including any non-contractual dispute or claim) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute between you and UUS77 arising from your use of the Platform, we encourage you to contact our customer support team in the first instance, as the majority of issues can be resolved efficiently through direct communication.

Should direct resolution prove unsuccessful, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith mediation prior to commencing any formal legal proceedings. Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect their legitimate interests.
